A woman alone has power; collectively we have impact. Raising each other up and channeling the power of collaboration is truly how we’ll change the equation—and have a lot more fun along the way.
We decided to create a Girls’ Club (EWTWS) where everyone feels like they belong. Be it an entrepreneur that is just starting out, a seasoned corporate business woman, a STHM that does it all, or someone that’s looking for a career change. Coming together over a delicious glass of wine, or several, we create a community of support. Now that’s empowerment! There is power in the pack! Your strengths make the table better. Study after study shows women who support women are more successful in business and in their home lives. I hope that you will join EWTWS and our mission to build our community of amazing women.

Nicole Nowinski
Co-FOUNDER, B.S., MBA
As an artist and entrepreneur, I founded Nicole Alexandra Interiors LLC, a full-service interior design firm. As principal designer, I draw on over 15 years of wide-ranging creative experience to create beautiful, luxurious surroundings that are also comfortable, livable, and functional for my clients. Born and raised in Boca Raton, I received my undergraduate degree in Marketing and Corporate Communications and my MBA from Bentley University in Boston. I live in Palm Beach County, Florida, with my husband, Dr. Chris Nowinski, and two children, Kensington (5), and Charles (3).
Nathalie Brien
Co-Founder, Realtor, OD, WSET 3, FWS
First, I am an entrepreneur. My unique blend of expertise keeps me passionate about new challenges. I started my career with a doctorate in Optometry, then I had my Florida Realtor license and became an advanced sommelier. Florida offers me the lifestyle I like while playing tennis all year long.

Marketing & communications
I am a Web & Graphic Designer with over 15 years of experience. I have always had a creative spirit and enjoyed focusing my education on the arts. I live in London, ON, Canada, with my husband and our daughter. After having my daughter, I created my own graphic design and web design business (RenEH Designs).
Through networking over wine, we strive to utilize the diversity of our membership to enable women to build quality connections and empower them to achieve their desired goals for personal and professional growth.
